The chapter four and the final has devoted to the local relationships for the British diplomats in Iraq and it has discussed in it relations between the British diplomats and Ohmans authorities in Iraq and the factors which was limited the nature of these relations also, it had devoted in it the relational between the British diplomats and some of the tribal Arab chiefs and the relations of the British diplomats and the Kurdish people and their interests to the religions minorities in Iraq and try to be friend with them in Iraq by the British also it had devoted finally to the attitude these diplomats from the Arab movement in Iraq during the years (1908-1914)
