This book , which reflects my own 45 years of experience as an EFL teacher , deals with the most common errors committed in English by Arabic speaking leaners . In most Arab countries , English is taught as a foreign language , i.e. ,it is practised only inside the educational institutions . Moreover , English and Arabic belong to two different families .
Consequently , the learners face a lot of difficulties in learning English and they commit a lot of errors . These common errors are explained in their native language , i.e. , Arabic in order to be avoided by them .
